Our focus in the African region is on providing innovative solutions that are suited to address the needs and emerging opportunities of private and public sector organisations in the continent. We recognise the need in Africa for innovative solutions that can be delivered efficiently and cost effectively to organisations of all shades. Such solutions must be accessible and fully address the specific needs of people, communities, businesses and other organisations in the region.  We therefore, align our business and management solutions to the enhancement and promotion of economic and social development in the African region by leveraging existing resources and by promoting collaborative partnerships. 

Our delivery objective is to form partnerships with companies and organisations that share our client -centred focus and values. Partnerships with these organisations are driven by need for complementary services and technologies, project size and/or need to access a specialised/technical skill. 

While the partners may contribute through financing (part- or whole-) or facilitate access to funding streams and other opportunities, and/or provide technical expertise for projects, Como Blue undertakes the following:

• Provide overall management of projects/programmes;
• Identify and secure funding (part- or whole-) for projects;
• Develop and manage client/stakeholder relations at mid-management and executive levels; and
